Lisa A. Dowers is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Washington with more than 20 years of experience in Property Management and Tenant/Landlord representation.
Prior to launching her firm, Lisa spent five years with CLW Real Estate Services specializing in corporate real estate services for institutional clients throughout the United States. She worked with Florida Real Estate Advisors in the early-mid 1990’s as their top leasing and marketing representative in Tampa, FL managing and leasing over 500,000 SF of office space.
With her extensive background in the commercial real estate arena, Lisa has a broad knowledge of all aspects of the business and prides herself in her relationships and networking abilities with clients and brokers throughout the country.
Lisa is actively involved with the Spokane Regional Chamber of Commerce, Spokane Economic Development Council, Traders Club, and is a CCIM candidate.
