Joe Cherry began his career in commercial real estate at Coldwell Banker Commercial (now C.B. Richard Ellis) in 1986. He was awarded the Distinguished Achievement Award at Coldwell Banker Commercial, for the first year individual who generates the largest commission income. He received the Top Five Producer Award for five of eight years thereafter. Joe graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He also has a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, awarded by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
