Jeff York has proved commercial real estate services to corporate client in Central Florida since 1984. Jeff York exclusively represents corporate tenants or buyers in the lease, purchase or development of office and warehouse facilities.
Jeff represented Coalescent Technologies in the acquisition of a 24,000 sf office building in downtown in Orlando, Florida. New offices were custom built to the client’s specifications. The building now serves as the company’s U.S. headquarters.
Jeff represented Southern Wine & Spirits in the search for 40,000 square feet of flex space to handle the company’s office space, training and local distribution.
Jeff has worked as Executive Director of Marketing for Metro West. He negotiated commercial and residential land sales within an 1,800 acre master planned, mixed use development. Responsible for contract negotiations, advertising, marketing and public relations.
Jeff has also worked for Cushman & Wakefield as a commercial real estate broker on behalf of corporate clients. Jeff has also worked as Director of Leasing for the Strasberg Company where he handled office leasing, warehouse leasing and property management for the 750,000 square foot private portfolio.
Jeff has a political science degree from Pennsylvania State University. He is a licensed Florida real estate broker.
