Debra Lee Stevens has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over 25 years, servicing both the private and public sectors. Ms. Stevens’ expertise in office and R&D properties in the greater Boston and Suburban markets has enabled her to complete transaction averaging $30 million per year. Past client transactions have included among others: Intralinks, nTag, Kelly Services, Nomir, Correlagen and BCD Travel.

Ms. Stevens served as the President of the New England Chapter of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and Regional Vice President for the Northeast. She is also an active member of the Commercial Brokers Association and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. In addition, she was appointed by Major Thomas Mimino, to serve on “Boston Back Streets” Advisory Committee, which assists businesses in locating sites within the city. Serving on the Boston College Cloub Membership Committee and on the Board of Friends of Charlestown Navy Yard, provides Ms. Stevens with a fun and enjoyable diversion.

Among the tenants she has represented are iPropect in the leasing of 24,000 sq. ft. plus an additional 7,500 sq. ft. expansion of first class office space in Watertown, MA; Brown Publishing in the leasing of 12,000 sq. ft. of office space in Waltham, MA, and Aras Corporation in several transactions; representing 73 Tremont Street Realty LLC in the purchase of 73 Tremont Street, a 304,000 sq. ft. office building in Downtown Boston, that sold for $85M; and most recently, Demetri Enterprises in a complicated ground lease with the City of Boston.

Ms. Stevens holds Real Estate licenses in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and is also a licensed Construction Supervisor in Massachusetts.
