Bruce Fried rings over 30 years of sales, marketing and commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining, Mr. Fried was a vice president at Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT. At Coldwell Banker, Bruce focused on tenant representation. Bruce annually ranked as one of the top commercial brokers in the state of Maryland for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT. Mr. Fried’s prior real estate experience includes both agency and development work at companies, including the David Kornblatt Company and Miller Corporate Real Estate
Bruce also has extensive marketing experience with Doner Advertising, The Just Help Yourself Food Company, and Bicycle Health Benefits. Work at Doner included experience with The Johns Hopkins Medical System, Sherwin Williams Paints, Arby’s, Bali Bras, Bally’s Fitness, Mazda, Ford, and ERA Real Estate.
Mr. Fried studied Business Administration and Marketing at the University of Denver. He has served on the board of the Jewish Vocational Service, The Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and Central Scholarship Bureau, and he is a current board member of the Baltimore Jewish Council.
