Before arriving at Pinnacle Realty Associates/Gonjrealestate.com, Steven’s most recent experience involved office, retail, and industrial leasing in New Jersey, as well as office and retail leasing in Manhattan.

Prior to that, Steven was the National Sales Director for Jab Real Estate Investment Group in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. There, he was instrumental in the acquisition and disposition of the company’s entire portfolio, with over 100 million dollars worth of multi-family properties across the United States.

In addition, Steven was responsible for the company’s Sales Division and managed the Residential Sales team for New Jersey and Indiana. He is also an expert in Foreclosures, buying and rehabbing homes for his clients as well as his own portfolio.

Steven is a graduate of NYU Stern School of Business. He is a licensed real estate agent in the states of New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
