At the request of Tesla Motors, Synergy was engaged to conduct research to identify properties near
Tesla’s existing Fremont, California campus suitable for a new 120,000sf R&D facility for
development and testing of its electric vehicles. Synergy’s comprehensive report addressed Tesla’s
options for present and future expansion.
